Puppy Week 3 at El Rancho de Douglasio

The puppies continue to grow and on some days, appear larger at night
than they were in the morning. Maggie's the smallest of the three, yet
she's the most feisty and her grrrrrr can be heard all over the house.

All the puppies are 4 lbs or over. Fatty Cakes continues to be the beast
of the litter - though her disposition is becoming really sweet. She
now loves to snuggle and only complains when her brother or sister gnaw
on her tail or ears.

Jimbo is the most affectionate of the bunch - he's also the most laid
back. He often gets attacked, while he's sleeping, by his rotten sisters.
He's learning to give it back though...

The puppies now fully recognize mama and some humans. Here they wait
for their dinner as mama takes her time.

The puppies are starting to wrestle, nip and gnaw on each other. When
it gets too rough, mama intercedes.

Fatty Cakes.

Jimbo loves to gnaw on human appendages. Not sure if he thinks it's
food, or he wants to tussle with his humans....

Big day for Fatty Cakes - she finally gets to meet Dad. Cody's not too
sure about this wriggling little furball and gets a little anxious when
Fatty Cakes runs around his feet.

After a few lengthy sniffs, Cody figure that this fuzzball smells 'dogish'
and all is cool. After some more investigation, Cody accepts the puppy
as his own, with his trademark sign of affection - a nice big lick...
