Puppy Week 2 at El Rancho de Douglasio

'The puppies are now much more active and recognize mama as soon as she gets near. Here's Mini-Cody-Me and Maggie (who's now got a new name - doesn't bode well for giving her away). Mini-Cody is still the noisiest of the bunch and at 2.5 lbs, remains the biggest.



"oh it's good to be me". Jimbo cracks a smile. He's the most cuddly of the three and loves to be held and nuzzled. Perhaps it has something to do with being held and bottle fed on his first day out...



"Yeah - that's right. I'm watching you". Here's Jimbo from another angle. His eyes are slowly starting to focus.



Maggie. No cataracts here. Good job. Maggie's the shy one of the litter. She's still unsure about humans and prefers her canine company. She loves to snuggle with her brother and her sister.

"Look at me - I'm Fatty Cakes". Mini-Cody-Me has blue eyes - just like dear old dad...

Maggie gets some loving from Mama...
